One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. HoMedics® customer service is dismissive and arrogant. But more importantly, HoMedics customer service and its management is unfair and irresponsible. They have no sense of responsibility. No attempt at trying to correct their mistake. Simply dismissive of genuine customers and sadly nonchalant about it. I purchased a HoMedics back massager which broke not long after purchase (within the warranty period). They instructed me to ship the large inoperable oversized massager back to them which I did. I waited to receive a working massager from them. After a long wait and not receiving the massager, I contacted them, and they told me that they had already shipped the item and I that should file a claim with Fedex, send them the claim number and they would send me a replacement. After going through their procedure, and getting shipping information from Fedex, I noticed that HoMedics had sent the massager to an incomplete address. I contacted HoMedics customer service with Fedex claim number and informed them of the incorrect address. They simply refused to send another saying, “Sorry, we’ve already sent one and there is nothing further we can do.” http://bestmassagechair.us/homedic-back-massager/ I contacted my postoffice and spoke to the Supervisor. The supervisor himself told me they remember seeing the package and because the address was incomplete, per post office policy, they shipped the package back to HoMedics. The post office Supervisor took the time to write me an official signed letter stating that the massager was sent back to HoMedics chair massager. I sent this letter to HoMedics and they still refused to send a working product, and ignored my requests. Dismissive, unfair, arrogant and terrible customer service. I paid nearly $200 for a defective product, spent countless hours trying to track the replacement and have nothing for it. Dismissive, unfair, arrogant and terrible HoMedics customer service.
